Here is some information on our Return Procedures and Policies
Returns Policies
The Company will not accept C.O.D. returns.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
CUSTOMERS ARE REPSONSIBLE FOR RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES.
YOU MUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-800-231-6563 EXT. 129 TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY PARTS – EXCLUDING CORES (Read Core Returns) |
Items NOT Returnable
- Special Order parts are NOT returnable.
- Salvage parts are NOT returnable.
- Books, manuals, CD Roms are NOT returnable unless unopened in the original packaging.
- Parts, which have been installed, plugged-in, or marked in any manner, are NOT returnable.
- Electrical parts are NOT returnable.
- Tools are NOT returnable.
- Items not purchased from the Company.
- All parts purchased over 90 days except in the case of defective items.
New and Remanufactured Parts Returns
New and remanufactured parts are returnable for 30 days and are subject to a 15% restock fee.
After 90 days parts are not returnable.
All returned parts must be in salable condition and in their original boxes. Dirty and greasy boxes are not returnable.
Core Returns
Cores can be returned using your original invoice number as the return authorization number. Cores must be complete , in rebuildable condition and in the original packaging.
Write the return authorization number on the outside of your package and/or in the space provided on the PRP label, and include copies of both our return authorization form and your original invoice.
Salvage (Used) Parts Returns
Salvage (Used) parts are not returnable.
Defective Part Returns
Defective parts must have complete warranty information on the return authorization form. To download the Return Authorization PDF please see end of page.
In the case of defects, the Company has the option to replace, repair or refund parts.
When returning any part to us, include a photocopy of the original invoice.
It is the customer's responsibility to insure that goods are packaged properly to prevent shipping damage.
Shipping Damage
Packages damaged in shipping must be noted upon delivery. Contact our customer service department to initiate a damage claim, and keep all packing materials for inspection. Failure to report damage and keep packing materials will void any freight claims with both the carrier and our company.
Call Tags
A service charge of $6.00 plus freight cost will be deducted from any credit refund to cover call tag return service.
Warranties
12 months for new parts, 99 days for used parts. You can get more information on about these policies by going to the following link: Warranties.
