Black Dog Manufacturing has designed a replacement kit for the air suspension system which is standard equipment on the Range Rover 4.0 and 4.6. The kit replaces the high-maintenance air suspension system with standard coil springs.

The replacement kit contains all of the hardware, spring perches, instruction and springs required to complete the task. The instructions give a step-by-step procedure to safely extinguish the EAS system lights once the truck is converted. No "plug-in module" is required. The procedure does not require a vehicle lift, but one is recommended. While some vehicle owners could make the conversion, we recommend that installation be performed by a qualified shop or by someone with an advanced knowledge of mechanics.
