Black Dog Manufacturing has designed a replacement kit for the air suspension system which is standard equipment on the Range Rover 4.0 and 4.6. This kit replaces the high-maintenance air suspension system with raised height coil springs.

The replacement kit contains all of the hardware, spring perches, instruction and springs required to complete the task. The springs contained in this kit raise the car about 2" inches from the standard coil conversion kit. The instructions give a step-by-step procedure to safely extinguish the EAS system lights once the truck is converted. No "plug-in module" is required. The procedure does not require a vehicle lift, but one is recommended. While some vehicle owners could make the conversion, we recommend that installation be performed by a qualified shop or by someone with an advanced knowledge of mechanics.
